ORDERING PROCESS

The business of ALL4JOY™ on-line store is conducted in Ireland.
When you purchase an ALL4JOY™ product and place an order at ALL4JOY™ on-line store, we will send you an e-mail confirmation including the details of your order.

By visiting and making an order you are accepting the terms and conditions of ALL4JOY™ on-line store.

You cannot use electronic cigarettes if you:

  • - are a person under the age of 18. (By purchasing ALL4JOY™ products from us you declare that you are over 18 years old on the date of purchase. ALL4JOY™ E-Cigarette may not be purchased and used by any person under the age of 18.)
  • - are a non-smoker of traditional cigarettes
  • - suffer from asthma or heart diseases
  • - are a pregnant or nursing woman
  • - suffer from lactic acidosis or kidney disease
  • - might be sensitive or allergic to nicotine, propylene glycol or other components of the e-liquid

When you fill in a form and make an order to purchase an ALL4JOY™ product, the transaction will be accepted by ALL4JOY™ on-line store. We will send you an email with the confirmation that we have accepted your order.

Personal Data is not transferred, sold or rented to other people or institutions. The ALL4JOY™ takes the privacy of its customers seriously and complies with the obligations under the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2002.

If you wish to cancel your order before shipment please contact us by e-mail at office@all4joy.co.uk. If your goods have been despatched before cancellation you will be liable for the costs of returning the unwanted items.

All ALL4JOY™ products offered on www.all4joy.co.uk on-line store are brand new, free from defects and have been legally placed on the Irish market.

PRICES, PAYMENT

No purchase can be made unless Terms & Conditions have been accepted and no goods can be delivered unless the order form has been properly completed and delivery address provided.

All prices quoted on the website www.all4joy.co.uk are gross prices (including VAT) in Pounds.
The price of ALL4JOY™ products ordered will be the price shown in the currency you select at the time of the order.

The store reserves the right to:

  • - change prices of goods on offer
  • - introduce new products to offer at online store
  • - carry and cancel promotions on the store's website or
  • - make changes.

All payments can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card (Laser), PayPal account or Bank Wire (Bank transfer). ALL4JOY™ on-line store informs that orders will not be dispatched until the full payment has been received.

Credit Card Payments made through PayPal will appear as ALL4JOY™ on your statement.

SHIPMENT, DELIVERY

ALL4JOY™ on-line store deliver ALL4JOY™ products in Ireland and worldwide.

All orders placed on ALL4JOY™ website will be packed and shipped out the next working day. Orders sent in Ireland via An Post take 1 to 3 working days to be delivered.

We deliver orders via An Post Registered post with signature at the rates published on their website. The ALL4JOY™ on-line store does not charge a handling fee. To find out the shipping cost and delivery time outside of Ireland our shipping estimator will give you all information based on the destination country.

All deliveries sent by An Post must be signed. You (or another adult) must be available at your chosen delivery address to sign for your order. If a package is returned to our on-line store, the customer will be charged for the cost of re-delivery.

Deliveries by An Post can be tracked online. We can email you a tracking number for your delivery once your order has been dispatched.

Product availability depends on the level of stock, so if a product is unavailable in the warehouse, the Buyer shall be immediately informed about the new date of the delivery.

Insurance, if required, must be specified by the Buyer at their own cost.

ALL4JOY™ is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the An Post or a courier service. The firm ALL4JOY™ will not be held liable for any loss or damage of the products resulting from late delivery.

ALL4JOY™ may suspend or cancel deliveries of ordered products if the Buyer fails to make the payment.

The Buyer may cancel the order in full before shipment.

WARRANTY, RETURNS

ALL4JOY™ products available at our on-line store are brand new and covered by 3 months warranty.

The warranty period for each product is specified on the warranty card (proof of delivery).

All damaged or faulty goods should be returned to the ALL4JOY™ Office at 55 South Main Street, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland. After the claim has been considered repaired or new products will be delivered at the expense of the firm ALL4JOY™.

In the case of non-conformity of the goods advertised, a letter stating the type of non-compliance with the proof of purchase should be sent to our local distributor or directly to the ALL4JOY™ office, at 55 South Main Street Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland

The customer has the right to require during the warranty period to bring goods into conformity with the contract by free repair or replacement, unless the repair or replacement are impossible or require excessive costs. If the store will not be able to meet the specific demands, the customer has the right to claim the appropriate price reduction, or may cancel the contract.

On-line store www.all4joy.co.uk will address the complaint within 7 working days The date of making the complaint is the day the products are returned to the address of the ALL4JOY™’s office at 55 South Main Street, Naas, Co. Kildare Ireland. If additional technical expertise provided by external companies is required, this period may be extended to 14 days. If the company does not comply with the demands of the customer within 14 days, the complaint shall be considered justified.

If the application of non-compliance of goods is made within 10 days from the date of purchase, the customer is entitled to a replacement product. The exchange applies only to products bearing no marks of use. The returned goods will be exchanged and dispatched within 3 working days from the date the complaint was received. If  a new product is unavailable, the customer will receive the money back, or will be offered a similar product instead.

The warranty and the right to return goods will not apply if the product is affected by mechanical damage of external origin. Therefore, before accepting a shipment of mail or courier, always note the condition of straps or seals on the package. If the packaging bears signs of damage or when the seal (tape) are broken you should not accept the delivery. If possible, make a damaged package report in the presence of the courier and contact the company as soon as possible to resolve the matter. Verification of the consignment on delivery is a necessary condition to allow for the customer to claim for damage or theft of the shipment in transit.

The customer has the right to cancel the product purchased in our store for any reason within 7 days from the date of delivery. This is possible only if:

  • - The product was not used and is not in any way damaged,
  • - The return of the product will be received with the enclosed invoice / receipt and warranty
  • - refund or replacement claims will not be considered when sent after the warranty has expired, without proof of the delivery, without original packaging, dirty and will be returned to the Buyer at their expense

All products must be returned in saleable condition. ALL4JOY™ will only accept returns of products originally purchased from the firm ALL4JOY™ and only if they are not damaged or used, in their original packaging, in full case quantities, with the proof of delivery.

The firm ALL4JOY™ will have the right to inspect the product returned by the Buyer.

ALL4JOY™ on-line store Team strives to provide accurate and realistic descriptions and specifications of products listed in the store. However, if the features of the product advertised on the website (including descriptions and technical specifications) do not match the features of the product delivered, the buyer has a right to cancel the order within 7 working days from the date of purchase.

The customer placing the order through the mechanisms available on the web pages of the store, makes an offer to buy a particular product under the conditions specified in the product description. The contract of sale occurs with a written confirmation of receipt of goods by the customer on the delivery note.

The contract of sale of goods is concluded in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the European Union Distance Selling Act. Any disputes arising in connection with the implementation of agreements of purchase - the sale of the shop, and consumers will be resolved in the first instance through negotiation, with the intention of an amicable settlement. If, however, it would not be possible or it would be unsatisfactory for either party, any disputes shall be settled by the court. In matters not covered by these regulations, the relevant provisions are other generally applicable laws.
